Premier Appraisal Services is a residential real estate appraisal firm based out of Ajax, Ontario. We were established in 2007 and have grown into one of the Durham Region's top quality appraisal firms. We have a professional team of appraisers with more than 75 years of combined experience in the real estate industry.
All of our appraisers are members of both the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) and we are committed to delivering high quality, accurate reports with excellent turnaround time. Our service area covers most of the suburban centres of the east GTA, including the Durham Region (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Brooklin, Oshawa, Courtice, Bowmanville and Newcastle) as well as parts of Markham and Scarborough.
We have in place relationships with most major banks and lending institutions and work side by side with mortgage brokers and homeowners to provide superior service and communication throughout the appraisal process. Our range of residential appraisal services include: full and drive-by appraisals; new construction appraisals; progress reports and final inspections; and appraisals for marital separation, estate settlement, capital gains calculation, relocation, power of sale and more.
