Founder and Principal
Gabe founded Premier Appraisal Services in 2007 with a vision of creating a professional appraisal firm that provides the highest quality report, with accuracy, excellent turn around times and exceptional customer service. Gabe brings more than 35 years of real estate experience to the table and has been a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) since 2001 earning his CRA, P.App designation in 2007. Gabe has proudly grown the company into one of Durham Region’s top quality appraisal firms and, during this time, has been an active mentor for several AIC Candidate members going on to earn their CRA designations.
ADAM THOMPSON

Senior Appraiser
Adam is Premier Appraisal Services Senior Appraiser and currently serves as a Regional Director for the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Adam brings 20+ years of real estate experience, is an award-winning member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and has been a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 2012. Adam has completed thousands of residential appraisals throughout the Durham Region, York Region and GTA. Services include Marital Separation, Capital Gains, Estate Settlement, Retrospective and Current Market Value appraisals.
