ADAM THOMPSON

Principal
Adam Thompson is the Principal and Senior Appraiser at Premier Appraisal Services, where he leads the firm with a commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and client service. He currently serves as a Regional Director for the Appraisal Institute of Canada and brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to his role. An award-winning member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, Adam has been a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 2012. He has completed thousands of residential appraisals throughout Durham Region, York Region, and the Greater Toronto Area, specializing in marital separation, capital gains, estate settlement, retrospective, and current market value appraisals.

Gabe founded Premier Appraisal Services in 2007 with the goal of building a professional appraisal firm recognized for its accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. With more than 35 years of real estate experience, he was instrumental in shaping the company’s strong reputation and growth into one of Durham Region’s most trusted appraisal firms. While Gabe is no longer active in completing appraisals, he continues to support the firm with his knowledge and experience to ensure its ongoing success.
