Premier Appraisal Services has been providing residential appraisal services to Ajax and the surrounding area for over 15 years. The Town of Ajax became a part of the newly formed Regional Municipality of Durham on January 1, 1974. Located on Lake Ontario, the Town of Ajax boasts one of the nicest waterfronts in Durham. in the Durham Region. Ajax has continued to develop over the years with many new retail shops, schools, offices and residential developments. Ajax hospital became a part of the Rouge Valley Health System in 1999 with a multi million dollar expansion beginning in 2007. Pat Bayly Square opened in 2018 and Ajax Downs was expanded to include a casino in 2006.
